REFRACTIVE ERROR
Refractive errors are conditions wherein the focus for near or distance is not clear. This may be due to abnormal length of eye, thickness of lens and curvature of cornea- front portion of eye is not uniform. This may also result from some eye diseases and conditions of the eye such as Glaucoma, Retinopathy of prematurity, silicon oil filled eye etc. There may be associated squint with any refractive errors which needs proper evaluation.
